At least he made the 5th one. If he missed that i think cowboys have no choice but to bring in another kicker. What a turn of events for Maher.

Maher's performance was unbelievable and it's understandable that people have lost confidence in him or want him replaced. But McCarthy has dealt with this before with Crosby. He was awful for a stretch of a game and a half but he stuck with him and he went on to hit 11 straight field goals and didn't miss a single XP after his struggles.

I agree. Way too risky to bring him to Frisco. I'd get a replacement in pronto. There is no time to work his problem out. We are at one and done time.
